Chef Ted here, I have been working with teaching others and developing my culinary skills for just under a decade. I combine bringing a passion for teaching and a wealth of knowledge to the table to share with others. I have a passion for Asian cuisine and working with doughs, but I have worked with testing, designing, and implementing almost any cuisine in various recipes.

Outside of kitchen you will find me reading up on various food themed books from ones with recipes to others on how to break down proteins and maximize using our ingredients. Hobby wise, away from food, I enjoy both the indoors and the outdoors for activities. Planning out a fishing, camping, or hiking trip is always fun and when it gets hot or the weather is not as pleasant, I am an avid gamer of all types of mediums. Whether it is playing some chess or other board games with friends or online ones that allow me to interact with my friends that are not as local.

I believe the best way to bring people together is by cooking and sharing meals with one another. So we should develop our skills in order to make delicious memories.
